We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Campaign Manager (all genders) to join our expanding commercial department. As a member of the team made up of 8 colleagues, you will be supporting them in the areas of content set-up and sales project management. You will assist in the development, planning, and execution of sales campaigns, for our web shop and app contributing to flaconi's continued online revenue growth. You will support our Campaign Management Team in content setups, ensuring high-quality and engaging online experiences for our customers. You will provide operational support to the team in daily business tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. You will cooperate effectively with other departments, including Demand, Graphics, CRM, Social Media, and International Teams, fostering a cohesive and successful working environment. You will assist in optimizing onsite engagement for sales campaigns through A/B testing, content adjustments, and the implementation of new campaign mechanisms.

You have previous experience in e-commerce, demonstrating a foundational understanding of online retail operations. You possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft and Google Workspace software, enabling efficient task management and seamless collaboration. You are a logical thinker with strong task and time-management skills, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are completed effectively. You have fluency in both German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of commerce tools and dynamic yield would be a plus, showcasing your interest in and understanding of e-commerce technologies.

Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 38,000€-47,000€ per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
