Head of Department Welding - Welding Processes / QM (m/f/d)

You run the welding shop/closing shop including personal guidance and operational planning You ensure the welding quality according to standards (e.g. EN ISO 3834, EN 1090) You create and release welding instructions and welding methods You monitor production processes, dates and costs You train and qualify employees and are responsible for occupational safety, order and cleanliness You work with the QM and construction during queries

You have a completed training as a welding expert (m/w/d) or comparable You have several years of professional experience in welding and in the Schlosserei/Production You have sound knowledge of welding methods and standards You bring leadership, organizational talent and enforcement strength You have German skills at level C1 or higher
