Senior Consultant (m/w/div)

in parttime (50%); in shiftwork.

Where we need your help:

They are an empathic and communicative personality that makes it fun to accompany people with impairments in care and through everyday life.

• You take over the function of the consulting care professional, support the interdisciplinary team in the determination of the care needs and control the entire care process.

• In addition to your coordinating, administrative tasks (such as care planning, nursing visas, guidance,...) stay close to practice: you take over approximately once a week and every 2. Weekend care and care services and provide support services.

• They are attentive, can quickly define, implement and document personal support.

• Communication with relatives, supervisors and within the team is easy for them. They are open, interested and act solution-oriented.

• They have completed training in the field of care, have ideally already experience in dealing with people with disabilities and bring the willingness to shiftwork and weekend work.
