Your tasks:

• Implementation of new and remodeling projects in the field of e-technology, deep and pipe construction or energy supply in phases 3 to 8
• Construction plans in 2D and 3D
• Planning and collection of approvals for technical buildings of energy supply
• Creation of tender documents
• Coordination and coordination with various departments throughout the project
• scheduling and monitoring of costs

Your qualifications:

• Complete study or technical training of the Department of Architecture or Civil Engineering
• At least two years of professional experience than in civil engineering or a comparable field
• Experience with focus on e-technology or deep and pipe construction
• Knowledge in AutoCAD Architecture, Autodesk Revit and/or ORCA
• Ready to work in all phases of the HOAI
• Good linguistic and written printability in German
• Class B driving licence (use of pool vehicles possible)
• Readiness to travel around 200km around Hamburg
• Willingness to presence on construction sites
