Responsible, very detailed design, planning and control of projects in the field of technical documentation Project control by means of KPI, including identification of relevant key figures and introduction of appropriate measures for deviations Implementation of risk assessments and assessment of risks and opportunities over the project duration Professional leadership, motivation and further development of project teams, optionally with a perspective on a team leader position Customer support with fingertips and strategic thinking and leadership of contract negotiations Creation, control and control of work packages within the project team Resource planning in the team and management of internal and external project meetings, e.g. kick-off meetings and expertise meetings Compilation of deliveries for the AG and execution of cost-to-complete calculations Monitoring the compliance of workflows and processes, complemented by high-frequency internal and external project reporting and detailed maintenance of project management tools Ensuring quality standards, dates and budgets, cooperation with the PMO, continuous process improvement and creation of professional and commercial tender documents

Dipl-Ing. University/FH Mechanical Engineering/Electronic Engineering/Information Technology/Economics. Ideally professional experience in the field of technical documentation (ASD specifications (S1000D, S2000M or H011, B007) Detegratable experience in project management. Safe handling of MS Office applications. Very good communication skills and social competence. Solution-oriented independent thinking and action. Very good knowledge of English in word and writing. The ability to mediate creative impulses in project teams. Interest in military vehicles and in technical documentation Very high self-motivation and flexibility
