We are looking for a management of social services (m/w/d) with additional activity of social counselling in the residential community for the Senior Centre in Neuried in full-time/part-time.

You are a reliable contact person for the concerns of the customers as well as the relatives and advises on offers and support opportunities in various situations of life. You help reach the occupancy targets and support new customers in integration into the group. You organize cross-residential offers and events that promote the quality of life and participation. You work with service providers and partners in the quarters to organize services (case management) and to promote networking with the community if necessary. You are responsible for the integration of employees and take care of health promotion and volunteer work.

Complete studies in the field of social education, social work, social psychology, social management, care management, health education, medical education or a comparable qualification Professional experience and ideally first management experience in the field of social, care, care, administration High social competence: ability to build relationships and professionally Responsibility, professionalism and solution-oriented action Communication skills, team spirit and empathy Car driver's license
