The Studentenwerk Schleswig-Holstein is looking for one or more KÜCHEN-MEISTER/IN ALS CONTRIBUTION (M/W/D) for the team of Mensa Lübeck, Mönkhofer Weg 241, 23562 Lübeck, in full time (38.7 hours/week) & unlimited.

Head of the assigned holdings (total about 1500 food/day) professional and personnel management of employees, in particular planning and defining the performance of tasks and personnel deployment Continuing and continuing training in operation, future also vocational training Planning, coordinating and controlling operations Calculate demand for food and ingredients, ordering goods via a commodity management system Check quality of delivered goods, arrange and control professional storage Preparation of food supervised, meals may also be prepared Implementation of legal requirements for food, hygiene (HACCP) and occupational and health protection Creation and further development of a creative and versatile menu Contact person of the Studentenwerk SH vis-à-vis the respective universities on site Absence representation and close cooperation with the management cafeterias at the Lübeck site

You have completed vocational training as a cook or cook or comparable training, ideally with additional qualification (e.g. kitchen master) You have business knowledge and have ideally worked with management responsibility in a comparable position. You think gas-torientated and have a cost-conscious handling of food. You are ready for performance and open to new ideas and training. You enjoy working in the team and dealing with young people and are open to our corporate values. You are safe to use computer applications (including Microsoft Office) and have already worked with a merchandise management software. Ideally, you have an instructor's certificate to supervise future trainees (the acquisition of the additional qualification together with the student's work SH is possible.)
