Heat and energy are our contribution to the quality of life – every day new. As BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH we supply the capital with electricity and heat in a climate-friendly manner. Our district heating network is the largest Western Europe with a length of more than 2,000 kilometres. We supply about one third of the Berlin households with heat. With the know-how of our 2,200 employees, we cover the entire value chain of district heating – from production to grid operation and expansion to distribution. At high pressure, we work at the coal exit until 2030 and at climate-neutral production from 2045. In this way, we support the Land of Berlin significantly when reaching its climate targets. On the way to this we want to realize a higher proportion of renewable energies and waste heat. To do this, we need to redesign many of our sites and facilities. For BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH we are looking for you as Web Manager:in the field of media and public at the Berlin site in temporary employment (until 31.10.2028) in parttime (25 hours per week). As a web manager:in the field of media and public, you take a central role in the digital external representation of our company. You actively shape the construction and further development of our web presence and are central: in internal departments and external service providers. Your tasks Care and updating of the BEW website in close coordination with relevant internal departments Complete technical and content development of the website taking into account the corporate strategy and the needs of different stakeholders Coordination with external agencies and interface function to internal departments such as sales, operation, communication, fire and IT Participation in the work on the social media channels of the BEW, in particular LinkedIn and instagram, as well as YouTube and possibly other Project management as part of the further development of the website including the control of agencies and service providers Responsibility for special projects

Complete studies in media, communication, digital media or comparable qualifications Experience in website management, ideally high affinity for timely further development Extremely safe handling of various content management systems and understanding of technical web requirements Project management expertise and experience in managing agencies and service providers Creativity, strategic thinking and communication strength Teamability and the ability to work with different stakeholders targeted German language and writing at level C2 are indispensable.
