Sovereignly control construction sites: Preparing projects, coordinating workflows and employee assignments and ensuring that material, team and execution are optimally combined at the construction site. Ensure quality, dates and results: Control the professional execution, keep the progress of construction in mind and reliably accompany renovation, facade, cleaning and development projects until successful completion. Wiedemann works around 30,000 m2 annually in the façade area alone. Team leaders and contacts: clearly initiate employees and foreworkers, make decisions and act as a binding interface between construction site, company and client. This focuses on an appreciation of cooperation at eye level.

Founded professional experience in the stucco, painter, or extension work as well as comprehensive practical understanding for renovation, cleaning, façade, heat protection and expansion work. Wiedemann's range of services ranges from indoor plaster and drywall to facade renovation and heat protection. Organisational designer and sense of responsibility to prepare construction sites structured, coordinate teams, keep workflows in mind and ensure professional execution. Good knowledge of German in word and writing and driving license as well as honesty, team spirit and the willingness to take responsibility and develop professionally and personally.

Attractive remuneration & performance premiums: Depending on the qualification and experience, €20-30 per hour are provided. In addition, there is a premium system for successfully completed construction sites and an additional accident insurance. Regional construction sites & short paths: Around 90% of the projects are located in the Ravensburg area, which largely avoids long journey times. Wiedemann also expressly emphasizes the focus on regional work and short driving paths on the company side.
