Functional Consultant MS Business Central (m/f/d)

Your work as a Microsoft Business Central Functional Consultant ensures the long-term success of our Business Central Template worldwide. You create reliability and create solutions for digital process optimization together with motivated teams. Their contribution ensures that digital processes work for all countries without friction and that new standards are set. You work closely with a variety of stakeholders to identify and understand business processes, challenges and goals. You maintain and develop our HELUKABEL Template Model continuously and document configurations, user manuals and best practices. You jointly control the process with key users and provide project managers with regular status reports. In onboarding projects you will accompany our local teams and partners, take change management and support the transition to the HELUKABEL Template Model. You recognize system challenges early and develop solutions – either directly via Microsoft Business Central or using available apps from the Microsoft Store. Support takes responsibility, analyse user requests and coordinate support key users to ensure timely solutions. During and after implementation, you will train and advise process managers to identify optimization potentials and to continuously improve processes.

You have several years of experience in dealing with Microsoft Business Central as well as a thorough understanding of business processes. This is ideally supported by an MBA degree or a bachelor's degree in business or in a comparable field. Their working methods are structured, detailed and designed to advance continuous improvements without losing sight of the corporate standards. Also in complex change processes, keep the overview, stay confident and control transformations effectively. You take responsibility, work targeted and are open to knowledge exchange. In addition, with English and German knowledge, you will be able to perform at C1 level and promote exchange in the international team. Ideally, you have already heard project responses, instructed teams and delegated tasks efficiently.
