Working Student Power Grid Development (m/w/d)

As part of the network calculation and network development teams MS, you support your colleagues in their tasks and make an important contribution to the energy transition in Schleswig-Holstein. You support the teams in carrying out network calculations for connection requests from feeder and reference customers such as PV systems, wind farms, storage or e-loading. You accompany your colleagues in the planning of customer connections and network expansion measures in our low, medium and high voltage networks. You support the work at the interfaces with other teams and departments, for example by creating evaluations and presentations. With network analyses, you will provide the basis for the strategic development of the power grids, e.g. for the topic of forecasting services. You are involved in the professional development of the teams, e.g. in the optimization of planning and calculation approaches. You will learn about the challenges of a network operator in the field of technology, economics, political/local framework conditions. You learn how to work in a large, young and motivated team and how to use IT systems and software such as SAP, Python, PSS Sincal or Integral. You will prepare yourself for the possibility to edit your practical semester and/or your final work in one of our teams. We attach great importance to a comprehensive and appropriate incorporation and bring you step by step to your tasks and areas of activity.

You are still comparable for at least 1 year of immatriculated student (m/w/d) in the field of electrical engineering, energy technology, industrial engineering or engineering. You are interested in the topics and challenges of a network operator in the technical, economic and political/communal environment You feel comfortable in working with the team and are looking forward to celebrating common successes. You are curious, open to challenges and enjoy developing topics with others. You are safe in dealing with Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications and are ready for more applications like e.g. to incorporate SAP and data models. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing and are motivated to support us your period of study. You work your own tasks independently and in a solution-oriented manner. Whether independently or together in the team: you work organized, carefully and responsibly. You are motivated to introduce your knowledge and skills both at the location and at the Home Office

Transparent remuneration: As a working student, you start with us with an hourly wage of €15.48. As an intern, you will receive a fee of €1,483 per month for both compulsory and voluntary internships. Sensual task: With us you will make a valuable contribution to the energy transition - in a large company and with many perspectives. Flexibility: As a student, you work up to 20 hours a week in the semester. Your working time and place are agreed with the team. As an intern, you have a 37-hour week and also the opportunity to work on the mobile. Development: You can write your thesis with us.
