Head of the Construction Department at the Munich-Maisach branch office (m/f/d)

Management, control and coordination of tasks, objectives and processes of the Construction department and their technical and disciplinary leadership Cross-project and cross-border coordination, control and quality assurance of own and external services of construction Project-related coordination, control and quality assurance of new, refurbishment and development measures and conservation measures Cost and time monitoring including Identification of necessary cost advances Processing and coordination of the concerns of third parties (political and private enquiries, third-party planning) including technical support of coordination on interactions and overall integration

Completed scientific university studies (Master/Dipl.-Ing. Univ.) in civil engineering with a focus on road construction or similar or acquired by professional experience Multiannual experience in project-related professional management tasks Multiannual professional experience and comprehensive knowledge in the relevant stages of performance in road construction (e.g.: construction of routes including dewatering, street equipment, construction traffic management) and project management expertise in the construction of infrastructure measures in the field of motorways and knowledge of the relevant laws in the building, planning and procurement law, as well as the relevant guidelines, regulations and technical standards (VOB, RSA, FStrG, RStO, RWBA, RPS, VgV, HOAI) Comparative level C1 Class B driving licence and the readiness to carry service vehicles That would be desirable: experience in managing administrative bodies, in particular state council offices, cities and municipalities, as well as other promoters This distinguishes you as a manager: You think in complex contexts and have a pronounced willingness to design, combined with value-adding behavior and self-reflection With emotional intelligence and motivating speech, you understand how to inspire, develop and delegate tasks to your employees.
