HR Generalist (m/w/d)

You advise and support employees as well as managers in all personal and labour law topics You work closely with all functional areas to align practical HR solutions You take over tasks in change management and actively accompany reorganisation and transformation processes You are responsible for all HR processes along the Employee Lifecycle: Recruiting, Onboarding, Personal Development and Performance Management You contribute to projects on digitalization, talent and organisational development

You have a degree in Human Resources Management, BWL with a focus on HR or comparable training You have at least 5-8 years of experience in a generalistic HR function, ideally in a medium-sized industrial or technical company You bring proven experience in change management and accompanying reorganization processes with You are characterized by high social competence and enforcement You have a high degree of self-responsibility, communication strength and professional appearance German and English skills are of course for you
