Operational Supervisor Port and Warehouse Operations (m/f/d)

Operational coordination of port and storage presence on site for monitoring and control of logistical processes Control of assets on terminal and storage areas with in- and external partners Priority of operational processes and organization of framework management Ensuring the flow of information between port, warehouse, internal agencies and service providers Reporting and processing of deviations in the process Implementation of operational instructions from the project team Inspection of damage, organization of cleaning and documenization of defects Regular quality checks to ensure the standard of execution Monitoring of procedures to avoid delays and charges Implementation of inventory and state recordings (e.g. cargo condition reports) Control of the appropriate position of sensitive components and means of transport Coordination of test loadings and frame return Support for material supply and external service coordination

Complete vocational training or completed studies in transport and logistics Proven experience in port logistics and work with freight forwarders and carriers Routined handling of MS Office Very good English in word and writing Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills High level of flexibility and team spirit Self-employed work and the ability to work simultaneously on several projects High level of readiness to travel (min. 80%)
