As a customer advisor:in and planner:in for heat pumps and photovoltaics, you combine technical expertise with strong customer orientation: You take over the planning of decentralised energy solutions (in particular heat pumps) and also accompany your own projects from the first request to the installation.

Your tasks:

You accompany customers: from initial consultation to planning to commissioning heat pump and PV systems You advise customers on technical solutions, evaluate the suitability of their buildings and install heat pump and photovoltaic systems You coordinate the implementation in close cooperation with our specialist craft partners. You carry out technical calculations and planning, including: creation of 3D CAD models of buildings Heating load calculations according to DIN EN 12831 Assessment of existing heating areas Hydraulic adjustment by method B

The preparation or preparation of evidence for applications for support at KfW and BAfA

You have completed a technical study as a technician for heating, ventilation and air conditioning, or a comparable completed training You have relevant professional experience in energy consulting, heating planning or technical customer consulting.
