Do you like to move with focus requirement definition and management between departments and IT? In addition, do you want to actively shape processes in interdisciplinary teams, rock challenging and cool projects and lead our customers into the digital world with their core business processes? Then you're right at adesso! As a requirement engineer, one of your key tasks is to accompany the customer requirements qualified from the investigation to the handover. With your strong analytical skills, you are the firm link between our customers, specialist departments, software architects and developers. In detail, you perform the following tasks: You are responsible for requirements engineering in complex IT projects. With the project lines, you work together for the requirements management. You have an interface between department and IT. You design technical architectures. You're coaching our customers' request teams. You prepare your own customer workshops, moderate them and then advertise them. You can support the project team in case of professional acceptances.

You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable degree. You have been able to gain several years of practical professional experience in IT consulting or other industry-related areas. You bring experience in the area of requirement management and requirement definition in complex software projects. You have knowledge of process modelling (EPK, BPMN), the natural language requirement definition (use cases, user stories) and the model-based requirement definition (UML). Embossed conceptual and analytical skills as well as a quick conception stand out for you. Project-related travel willingness is not a problem for you.
