The Psychiatric Hospital, surrounded by greenery, is located on the Lindenhof in Rickling and offers for people with mental illnesses and disabilities of all forms and severity differentiated aids in the stationary, partially stationary and also outpatient treatment setting.

The hospital is divided into three clinics covering the entire spectrum of psychiatry and psychotherapy as well as wide parts of psychosomatics: 1. Clinic for General Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, 2nd Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy with Substitutive Psychology, 3rd Clinic for Acute and Gerontopsychiatry and Psychotherapy. In addition, the central recording/emergence and the psychiatric institute collective.

Your job:

• Takeover of the professional basic and treatment care of our patients, taking into account current care professional standards.
• Continuous care and observation of patients according to care planning and implementation of individual care and crisis interventions in challenging situations.
• Individually responsible management of the care process – from planning to implementation to documentation and evaluation of nursing measures.
• Consultation and information of patients, relatives and supervisors on nursing and organizational issues.
• Active participation and implementation of therapy groups in the context of the multi-professional treatment concept.
• Close and trusting cooperation with the professional groups involved in the treatment.
• Participation in the protection and further development of care quality and support in the implementation of legal requirements and the optimization of station processes.
