Head of Finance (m/w/d) Dresden Exciting tasks • Total responsibility for controlling, accounting and financial strategy • Creation of annual financial statements (HGB/IFRS) and reporting to management/certificates • Financial Planning, Budgeting and Liquidity Management (Treasury) • Analysis of financial indicators and derivation of sound recommendations • Responsibility for risk management, investments, M&A and business cases • Ensuring taxes, compliance, governance and regulatory requirements • Leadership and further development of finance teams and optimisation of processes/systems • Interface to banks, investors, auditors and other stakeholders
