As Senior Manager IT Security & LISO (m/w/d) you can expect the following main tasks: Strategic responsibility for the development, development and control of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with group requirements (TISAX®) Implementation and ensuring compliance with IT security policies, standards and procedures, within the framework of IT projects (SDE), tailored to the business processes in the retail and automotive environment Preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits (e.g. TISAX-Assesments, etc.) Analysis of security incidents, management of incident response processes and monitoring of action plans Support for IT projects as an advisory function and take over responsibility for technical testing and IT security release of solutions Close coordination and cooperation with Group Information Security, IT, Data Protection Officer, Compliance and Risk Management Management of training and awareness programmes for all levels of the organisation Monitoring and reporting of KPIs and KRIs (Key Risk Indicators) Contact person for IT projects related to IT security incl. Selection and control of external service providers as well as coordination/synchronization with the relevant PAG IT areas

You bring the following: Successfully completed studies in the field of IT, information security, business informatics or a comparable qualification * At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of information security, preferably in a company with automotive reference or complex retail IT structure Experience in information security and knowledge about common safety standards and practices, certification in this area of advantage (e.g. CISM, CISA) Knowledge of permission and access management, risk management, incident handling and business continuity management Impressed ability to assess both operational and strategic issues as safety-relevant and to develop pragmatic solutions Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams and external partners Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in German and in English High level of self-initiative, enforcement strength and strong sense of responsibility
