Expert System Support ServiceNow HR (m/f/d)

As an expert system support service provider ServiceNow HR (m/w/d), you design the digitalization of personal processes with an IT that is technologically ''State of the Art'' and with ServiceNow HR, you enter our central People workflow system in the Daily Business. First Level Support: You act as the first contact point for user queries around ServiceNow HR. In doing so, you analyze problems that arise independently, identify possible causes and test solutions with the developer team. Strategy: Check and evaluate requirements for system changes in terms of feasibility and dependencies and implement them together with the developer team. System Care & Development: You support upgrades, release tests and continuous improvement of the system in terms of our digitalization strategy in the Daily Business as well as in our implementation projects. Coordination & Stakeholder Management: You control the requirements of the teams and ensure that processes and priorities are adhered to and translates technical requirements between disciplines and development. Innovation: You are actively introducing yourself to solve challenges and ensure a positive system experience with end users, including using AI tools.

Complete studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification (alternative: IT-affine training with relevant experience) Multiannual professional experience (at least 2 years) in technical system support, IT support, platform administration or similar IT roles, ideally in the HR-Tech environment Methodology competence and a good technical understanding of system relationships as well as strong moderation and communication skills, ideally knowledge of SAP HR and ServiceNow Hands-on mentality, solution orientation and conceptual and analytical strength. A careful procedure, a high degree of motivation and self-responsibility complete your profile German and English very well in word and writing as well as the ability to work together with multicultural teams in an international context
