Implement project management frameworks, utilizing analytics for data-driven actions Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tech, Research & Analytics, EU & country PXT field teams, and central partner teamsto execute program deliverables. Contribute to strategy development and create white papers on PXT programs, providing regional input for central roadmaps. Drive program completion, demonstrating resilience in ambiguous situation. Navigate complex organizational structures, providing clarity to leadership. Prioritize deliverables to maximize PXT business impact, exercising excellent judgment. Communicate recommendations clearly and compellingly, both verbally and in writing. Identify and resolve independent issues, showcasing initiative in unfamiliar circumstances.
