Working Student Knowledge Management

You support central knowledge management in the Group, in particular with a view to our operational areas In addition, you actively participate in the topic of knowledge and support specialist areas as well as users in structuring, maintaining and developing knowledge content In addition, you will participate in the organization and further development of the group-wide community knowledge management In cooperation with the team, you support the professional support of our tools for corporate knowledge, e.g. in the care and quality assurance of content as well as the further development of structures and usability Supporting you with projects and initiatives related to knowledge management, digitalization and new ways of working If necessary, you will help prepare and carry out training, workshops and information events You research new trends and approaches (e.g. AI in knowledge management) and prepare them clearly

You are studying economics, information management, media, digitalization, insurance or the like In addition, you have the pleasure of making knowledge understandable and sharing with different target groups. You work structured, reliable and bring your own initiative Communication is easy – in writing and oral – and you have fun working together You are open to new topics and you want to work in knowledge management tools and methods First experiences in the field of knowledge transfer, documentation or project work are advantageous Good MS Office skills (in particular PowerPoint) complete your profile
