Own care of housing owners with approx. 270 units at 30 hours per week Correspondence with owners:inside, service providers and craft businesses
Creation of house money bills
Participation in owner meetings
General administrative tasks, handling of the mail and telephone support
Ensuring smooth operation in WEG administration
Completed commercial training – independent of the discipline Ideally training or certification as WEG manager:in
Secure handling of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
Friendly and service-oriented appearance
Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
Self-employed and reliable operation
20-30 hours per week Conditional ability to work remotely
30 days off

College team with currently five employees of different ages
