CNC Setter / Cutting Machine Operator – 1-Shift Operation (m/f/d)

CNC production: independent production of turning and milling parts with precise implementation of technical drawings at the highest quality level

Programming & Facility: Programming, setup and operation of state-of-the-art CNC lathes and milling machines – including Index G220, Traub TNL & TNX, Spinner and DMT cores

Production planning: independent planning and processing of production orders and coordination of individual work steps within production

Quality assurance: Testing of dimensions and performance quality of the finished workpieces and consistently ensuring all defined quality specifications

Machine maintenance: Regular maintenance and maintenance of machines to ensure continuous, trouble-free production

Qualification: Complete training as a machining mechanic, industrial mechanic or comparable qualification

CNC Competence: Safe handling of CNC programs – ideally with experience in Siemens, screw or heath hain controls

Technical understanding: Safe implementation of technical relationships with a pronounced sense of quality and care

Working method: independent, reliable and team-oriented – with a high demand for your own work

Language competence: Very good knowledge of German in word and writing

Regulated working hours: 1-shift operation with flexible time-sharing Monday to Friday between 6 am and 7 pm – for a real reconciliation of work and private life
