You support our team in the Pinus, in breakfast and at events in a role that is often quiet in everyday life, but all the more important for the quality of a service routine. Where materials are ready, ways are taken into consideration and preparations are agreed, the basis for a guest contact is created which, of course, works and remains in memory. Your tasks include preparing the buffet and beverage area as well as providing glasses, dishes, cutlery and mise en Place. You support the beverage output, help with simple service preparations and make sure that it is relocated, filled and thought up during the running operation. Order, cleanliness and a reliable overview are of course your work. Depending on the layer, you will accompany the breakfast service, assist in the restaurant business or help ensure that events can run smoothly and smoothly. You work closely with kitchen and service and are therefore not an edge figure in the background, but an important part of the whole – someone who can rely on.

Experience in gastronomy or service is helpful, but not absolutely necessary. Reliable basics In principle, we award permanent employment contracts. Exceptions are training contracts and explicit seasonal contracts. Your working hours are accurately recorded – through transparent working time accounts and a simple schedule app. Tariff holiday and Christmas money are of course. Tax-free allowances for night, Sunday and holiday work are paid in advance – as far as your working time is allowed. Our remuneration is clearly above tariff. You will receive two additional days per year, on top to the tariff scheme. For proven voluntary commitment there is another holiday day. With special family loads, we look individually how we can support with additional holiday or flexibility. Time, Food and Extras You eat and drink almost free of charge – fresh food, fair traded organic coffee, tea, juices and small items from our kitchen. We bear the costs; only the statutory flat-rate tax on the monetary advantage is to be taxed by you. When you first hire with us, you will receive a premium of gross 1000 euros (500 euros after six months, 500 euros after one year of service). If you return to us after a break, we will count on your previous service to the new activity. For your family, relatives and close friends there are generous conditions when You eat or stay with us. The exact configuration is part of your individual contract configuration. Modern means of communication and back office workstations are available in all departments.
