We, the modern and powerful company KOE – “Eigenbetrieb Local Property Management and Development of the Hanse and University City of Rostock”, are responsible for the cost-effective management, development and marketing of all urban properties as well as the freight transport center (GVZ) Rostock. Our tasks: The extensive tasks of KOE's own company are reflected in the daily life of the Hanse and University City of Rostock. Whether for example administrative buildings, daycare centers, schools, sports facilities, meeting centres or commercial premises – the construction or rehabilitation and entertainment of the municipal real estate required for this purpose contributes to a good infrastructure and a positive and friendly cityscape. KOE is increasingly relying on the ecological implementation of its projects so that current buildings also meet future requirements. You prepare decisions to develop the real estate stock You create the conditions for the realization of construction projects in the performance phases 1 - 4, including variant examination and cost control You shall ensure the time and financial framework of the mandated projects for the city administration You prepare and manufacture the invitations to tender by architects and planning services as well as continuously maintain architectural and engineering contracts You support the procurement department in individual procurement processes, including the preparation and follow-up of competitions and VGV procedures You ensure the construction permit process and accompany it

You have a degree in the field of architecture, construction/engineering, real estate management or a comparable qualification with corresponding experience and knowledge You have relevant professional experience in the development, planning and construction of (public) buildings You ideally experience in/with public administration and construction You have knowledge in the field of HOAI, VOB/VOF and experience in public building law and procurement law You have a strong understanding of economic balances around real estate development You show high operational readiness, loyalty, commitment and identification with employees and tasks You are safe to use the relevant application software, including all MS Office programs, ideally also SAP R/3 You have a car driving licence B (old: driving licence class 3)
