Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of a 7-member IT team Ensuring a stable IT operation including Infrastructure, support and system landscape Control and implementation of IT projects with focus on digitization and process optimization Leading introduction and further development of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM ERP system Analysis and optimization of business processes in close coordination with the departments Responsibility for IT strategy, budget planning and external service providers

Complete study of (economic) informatics or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in leading IT position, ideally in the middle class Knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications and project management Experience in the introduction or support of ERP systems Experience with ERP conversions and introductions is desirable, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Also desirable are knowledge in the production or trade environment Motivating, solution-oriented leadership style Hands-on mentality and strategic thinking combined with operational implementation competence Communication strength, diplomatic skill and enforcement
