Planning of new plants Planning of conversions and extensions of existing plants in the perfume oil industry Creation of cost estimates and analyses as well as collection and evaluation of offers Documentation of systems according to the applicable statutory requirements Management of projects, including assembly monitoring, functional testing, commissioning and cost control Close cooperation with contracting entities and other participating organisations (e.g. EMSR planning, workshops, process and plant security, purchasing, foreign companies) Implementation of time, quality and cost controls Responsibility for investment planning (CAPEX) Creation of investment applications Planning and coordination of annual maintenance work with production Conducting all engineering tasks to comply with statutory requirements in the field of plant, work and environmental protection and to ensure the safe handling of the products (including technical quality assurance) Cooperation in the preparation and updating of application documents for permits and permits Application of TPM and Lean Six Sigma Conducting analyses to increase efficiency in the supply chain Support and implementation of global supply chain projects
