Your tasks: Building management: You support the building officer in the management and maintenance of the building infrastructure - pragmatic, time-safe and service-oriented

General operation: Together with the team, you will ensure that fleet, occupational safety and health protection as well as crisis and emergency management in the region are up-to-date.

Training & Internship Coordination: You plan your workflows, schedule appointments with specialist areas and keep all participants up to date

IT Coordination & Ordering: You have an overview of the IT equipment in the region, take over the coordination of IT measures (e.g. rollouts, conversions) as well as the ordering and ensure clean processes and documentation

Special projects: You are taking part in cross-departmental initiatives and driving improvements in terms of efficiency and cooperation

Your profile: Education: You have a successfully completed commercial or technical training

Organizational talent: You structuring processes, setting priorities and keeping an overview even in parallel topics

Communication & Networking: You connect people, moderate tuning and meet the right sound - value-estimating and at eye level

Responsibility: You work independently, responsive to decisions and take responsibility for results

Digital competence: Very good MS-Office knowledge, ideally experience with SAP you have in your baggage
