You tax the economic development of your branch and take full responsibility for earnings With your expertise in commercial, technical and commercial areas, you successfully fill a wide range of vacancies with our customers You develop strategic concepts for the further development of your area of responsibility and implement them sustainably Building and sustaining trusted customer and employee relationships are at the heart of your action You actively support the branch in attracting new customers and professional support for existing customers With clarity and empathy, you guide your team and promote the professional and personal development of employees Together with a dedicated team, you shape the future of staff services – practical, solution-oriented and innovative With strategic vision and clear focus, you actively shape the expansion and further development of your branch together with your team as head of the branch you report directly to the regional management

You bring multiannual experience in the personnel service industry as well as in a comparable, sales-oriented leadership with Thanks to your many years of experience in recruiting, personnel disposition and sales, you can efficiently, economically and always control these processes in your branch with clear results With your well-founded know-how, you analyze business and sales performances and develop effective strategies In the areas of employee transfer law and labour law, you have comprehensive knowledge of tariff and regulatory frameworks You bring several years of experience in the guidance, performance assessment and further development of your team members
