Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures for around 13,000 motorway kilometers. Each motorway kilometre has to be funded, planned and purchased at the desk, as well as supplied with personnel and accompanied legally. Implementation of the full, company-wide operational policy management Coordination of the entire policy process from creation, revision, coordination, content and formal review to release and final publication Monitoring compliance with the prescribed standards, quality assurance and consistency check Company-wide consulting and support of stakeholders Further development of comprehensive, company-wide policy management

Higher education or comparable qualification, preferably with a focus on business or administration, organisation, corporate governance, compliance, law or comparable knowledge, skills and qualifications Professional experience in compliance or organisation Knowledge of policy management Your personal strengths include: Embossed social and communicative competence Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation Happy work in the team
