Holistic advice: You accompany our customers in designing modern customer journeys across the entire platform - from the first idea to the go level. Analysis & Design: You take requirements, model business processes and translate them into technical solution designs (e.g. for sales, service or marketing). Platform configuration: You implement solutions in Salesforce and leverage the full potential of the Salesforce Platform – from sales/service to experience and marketing to industries. Innovation & Data: Integrate innovative features such as Einstein AI, Agentforce and the Data Cloud to create personalized customer experiences in real time. Teamplay & Responsibility: You work in interdisciplinary, cloud-crossing teams and control (partial) projects independently while maintaining time and quality. Depending on the seniority, you take the professional leadership of team members and actively support our sales in the creation of offers and in presales phases. Continuous development: You stay at the heart of time through trailheads, certifications and exchange within our lively Salesforce community.

Salesforce Foundation: You master the Salesforce platform and have already gained several years of experience in implementing Salesforce solutions. Training & qualification: You have a completed training or study in the field of (economic) computer science or bring a comparable technical qualification. Special domains: You bring deep knowledge into at least one area, be it in CRM processes (sales/service) or marketing automation (marketing cloud, account engagement) and you want to look beyond the edge of your previous domain. Methodology: You have a sense of data models and understand how to translate complex business logic into technical processes and love solving problems, taking responsibility and developing customers strategically. Certificates: You already own Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant or Marketing Cloud Consultant, FSL, Revenue Cloud. Language skills: With very good knowledge of German and good English, you will certainly communicate in the technical and professional context.
