IT System Administrator Pharma-Software Jena (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a:n IT system manager PharmaSoftware (m/w/d), part-time or full-time (30 - 40 h/week) in an unlimited position at Convales Services GmbH, a sister company of Medipolis You work closely with your team at our modern location in Jena and are regularly with the local users. Through direct interaction with the users, you get valuable insights into the daily processes and requirements of a modern pharmaceutical healthcare system and can tailor technical solutions specifically to the needs of users and users.

A close cooperation is important to us: once a week we meet personally at our site in Jena for a joint exchange. On the rest of the days, you can design your working day flexibly – depending on the task in the home office or with our local users.

You can help users with technical issues and problems in the 2nd level around our pharmaceutical applications. You analyze disturbances, limit causes, develop sustainable solutions and coordinate the implementation together with IT infrastructure and external service providers if necessary. You ensure the stable operation of the applications, monitor systems proactively and optimize their performance. You analyse new requirements, design technical solutions and implement projects together with IT infrastructure and service providers. You automate recurring activities to make processes more efficient and robust. You support onboarding and offboarding, manage users and permissions and provide IT hardware for your users.

You have a completed training, for example as a specialist in system integration, specialist in application development, IT system administrator or IT system electrician, or a completed study of computer science, business informatics, medical informatics or a comparable qualification. You bring experience in application support, IT support, or application operation, and you are structuring and solution-oriented. You like to work with different disciplines and communicate clearly and understandably with complex technical topics. You are interested in processes in pharmacy and would like to work in the pharmaceutical environment or deepen it further. You have the pleasure of learning new things, working in applications and processes and developing sustainable solutions together with others. You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing.
