Quality, reliability and innovation shape cooperation and projects in Berlin and the surrounding area.

(m/w/d), which takes responsibility for the entire area of roof construction. The position is located directly under the management and offers a lot of freedom of design and short decision-making.

You play a key role in the further development of the company - from personnel management and development to economic management to the digitization of processes. With your expertise and leadership style, you shape the future of roofing in the company: You optimize structures, ensure quality and efficiency and create a modern working environment for your team. Technical and economic management of the Dachbau (11 employees) Staff management, capacity planning and further development of the team Calculation and creation of offers Management of the cost-effectiveness and controlling of all projects Close cooperation with the roof tacker master Coordination of internal structures and external partners Process optimization and active participation in digitalization Ensuring quality, appointments and compliance with legal requirements Care of customer base and professional communication

Multiannual experience in roof construction and first leadership experience Commercial knowledge (calculation, supply creation, economic thinking) Qualification: Master/Technist or commercial training/study Knowledge of building and contract law (VOB/B) Experience in dealing with subcontractors and subcontractors Knowledge with costing and ERP systems desirable Communication strength, enforcement capacity and digital affinity
