This is what awaits you as a project manager for innovation projects (m/w/d) Project management: take over the technical management of projects, e.g. to optimize IAM processes by using artificial intelligence, to contribute significantly to innovation and efficiency Coordination: Responsibility for comprehensive coordination and monitoring of all project activities with particular attention to quality, budget compliance and timely implementation Innovation: Continuous identification of innovation and simplification potentials and the development of effective rollout scenarios and piloting strategies in close cooperation with the project team and stakeholders Decision-making: independent creation of meaningful documents and decision-making templates for management and the Management Board for the active strategic orientation of the company Communication: Function as a central communication interface and coordination of coordination with other areas and stakeholders, in particular within Allianz Deutschland companies as well as Allianz Technology and relevant bodies Consultation and Controlling: Ensuring sound technical and technological advice from stakeholders and supporting department controlling to ensure transparent and efficient resource planning and monitoring Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure efficient project organisation
