Building and developing a scalable, modular portfolio concept for digital services - including definition of governance principles, technical standards and reusability in the global CX landscape Development and communication of a clear product vision and a prioritized roadmap for B2B customer portals and self-service journeys in line with corporate strategy Responsibility as Product Owner in the Scrum team incl. Care of Product Backlogs (Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria) and Priority according to Business Value, Technical Complexity and User Imact Conception and implementation of integrated B2B service solutions (e.g. product catalogs, order management, document delivery, ticketing, AI-based support tools) and their Integration into existing ERP/CRM system landscapes Control of external development partners in scaled agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe), including Velocity tracking and capacity planning Establishing a data-driven mode of operation with definition of relevant KPIs (including NPS, usage rate), performing usability tests and continuous optimization of user experience

Education: Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable qualification Professional experience: At least 7 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in the B2B environment of customer portals or self-service platforms Expertise: Funded knowledge with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) Technical understanding in the field of APIs, authentication, integration and cloud services as well as experience with MACH architectures/microservices Safe handling of Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma/FigJam, ServiceNow as well as modern analytics and feedback systems Detectional successes in data-based optimizations and stakeholder management

Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Personality: Embossed Ownership Mindset Strong communication and presentation skills High implementation orientation with enthusiasm for excellent customer experiences
