In our customer order we are looking for you as: Operator Upstream Processing (USP) / Biotechnologe / BTA (m/w/d) - Cell Culture, Inokulum & GMP Production

performing the process-accompanying in-process control analysis (IPC) in upstream processing, e.g. pH, osmolality, cell number and viability Implementation of all inoculum and cell culture processes in the clean room of class C in compliance with all GMP and hygiene requirements ????? Creation and maintenance of paper-based and electronic GMP documentation for production and quality processes ? Ensuring compliance with all GMP, quality and safety standards in daily production ? Special responsibility for defined IPC and Inoculum plants including calibrations, maintenance and qualification measures ???? Support in ordering processes for consumables via SAP Ariba ????? Creating, updating and optimizing standard work instructions (SOPs) as well as operational documentation Close cooperation with the fields of production, quality assurance, technology and other interfaces for the continuous improvement of production processes

Complete training or studies in the field of biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, bioengineering, pharmaceutical engineering, chemistry, biology, life sciences or a training as BTA, CTA, biology laboratory, chemical laboratory, pharmaceutical, chemical, etc. a comparable scientific or technical qualification - as an alternative to master or technician qualification Professional experience in upstream processing, biopharmaceutical production, cell culture, fermentation or GMP-regulated production, ideally in an industrial production environment Knowledge of cell culture, inoculum processes, IPC analysis, sterile work and GMP-compliant production and quality documentation Experience in handling laboratory and production equipment, including calibration, maintenance, qualification as well as ideal knowledge in SAP Ariba or comparable systems Structured, self-responsive and quality-oriented working methods as well as strong team and communication skills readiness for regular weekend work and good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

We pay a tariff salary which depends on the IG BCE, as well as, if necessary, Industry supplements, holiday and Christmas money as well as shift supplements according to the GVP tariff agreement.
