System Safety System Engineer (m/f/d)

A focus of your work is on consulting and assessing safety-related requirements during product development and project execution in a multi-project environment. Make sure that the products to be developed comply with the current safety design requirements. The creation of risk analyses, FMEAs, FMECAs and, where appropriate, FTAs is also part of your task. In addition, you take the professional and process control in the team. The moderation of discussions with industrial development partners, the contracting authority and internal specialist departments completes your task area.

You have a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable subject. You have several years of professional experience in a similar position; Experience in special machinery or naval shipbuilding is beneficial to you. You have designed complex systems and ideally already applied System-Safety requirements according to DIN EN ISO 12100, MIL‐STD‐882 and IEC 61508. You are familiar with security-oriented hardware development and the selection of suitable components. You are versed in System Requirements Engineering and have practical experience with DOORS and/or MagicDraw. You use your know-how to take on a controlling role in the team and always make clear, structured decisions. Communication strength, self-initiative, independent working and pleasure in occasional service trips nationally and possibly internationally belong to everyday life.
