For our Hamburg location we are looking for active full-time support as soon as possible:

THE WORK You actively shape the group-wide risk management of the freenet group and ensure that opportunities and risks are detected, controlled and understandably reported early. In close cooperation with IKS, Internal Audit, Anti-Fraud Management as well as specialist departments and IT, you develop our risk management system pragmatically and effectively. You work in a visible role with a high interface effect and direct impact on control and reporting. Flexible and regulated working hours as well as hybrid work give you room for a good balance. Risk Process & Methodology: Further development, maintenance and operational execution of regular risk queries (identification, assessment, aggregation, monitoring) based on internal standards and best practices Risk inventory & Reviews: Sparring with risk owners, quality assurance of risk reports, measures and key figures Reporting & Committees: Compilation of addressable reports to Executive Board, Management and Audit Committee, incl. commentary on trends, scenarios and sensitivities Interface Management: Close coordination with testers and in particular support at the interfaces on ESG/CSRD-relevant topics (climate risk and chance analysis, sustainability reporting) Tooling & Data Quality: Further Development of Templates, Guides and Dashboards, Ensuring a Consistent Data Position and Versioning Ad hoc analyses: Processing of management briefings to Emerging Risks (including technology/AI risks) and deriving concrete recommendations for action

Successfully completed studies (e.g. economics or law, STEM or comparable discipline) Relevant professional experience in enterprise risk management, internal auditing, controlling or related governance functions Very good method skills and understanding, ideally experience with RMS/IKS frameworks and regulatory requirements Secure handling of MS Office (in particular Excel/PowerPoint); Experience with collaboration tools and reporting dashboards of advantage German fluent, English good in word and writing Impressive ability to concise complex situations and prepare them for management target groups Ability to communicate at eye level with departments and management; proactive, reliable and particularly careful operation
