You take care of our real estate with commercial skill and organizational talent and take over the coordination of the craftsmen to ensure a smooth process Your task is to organize new rentals and to carry out housing transfers and withdrawals, ensuring that everything is in the best order You get offers and compare them carefully while you keep an eye on the control and tracking of the commissioned work Support is provided with general administrative, accounting and office tasks, making you an important contribution to the daily business You handle rent issues with care while you take care of the absorption and coordination of damages and deficiencies to find a quick solution

You should have basic knowledge of accounting and master the safe handling of MS-Office Your German skills are at a good level and you have a class B licence A completed commercial training, ideally as a real estate businessman/wife, is of advantage, but also as a cross-enterer with commercial experience and interest in real estate you are welcome You draw your attention through organisational skills and sense of responsibility and work independently, structured and reliable A friendly and professional appearance towards tenants and craftsmen is of course for you
