We are looking for a dedicated and experienced revisor (m/w/d) with a focus on insurance technology to strengthen our Internal Audit department. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you contribute significantly to strengthening our internal control systems. Your main tasks include: Strategic audit planning and implementation: Development of innovative test strategies with a special focus on technical technical and academic processes Planning and coordination of demanding audits at national and international level Use of modern analytic tools as part of Data Analytics to identify risks and optimization potentials

Documentation and reporting: Precise documentation of audit results and compilation of meaningful audit reports Convincing presentation of audit results and recommendations before management

Action implementation: Active monitoring and monitoring of the implementation of revision and risk management recommendations Ensuring the sustainable implementation of agreed measures

Proactive management consulting: processing of ad hoc tasks and consulting management with your specialist expertise, in particular in the further development of the internal control system (IKS) and risk management

You are an analytical personality with a pronounced understanding of complex facts and provide the following qualifications:

Education and experience: A completed economic, mathematical or comparable study or comparable training with relevant practical experience is the basis Multiannual professional experience in the (international) revision or audit, ideally in the insurance or financial sector Deep knowledge of composite damage and/or life insurance is of great advantage Experience in Data Analytics and with appropriate analysis tools (e.g. IDEA, SAS) is desirable Expertise: knowledge of statutory audit standards, supervisory law and relevant regulatory requirements and regulations (e.g. Solvency II) Insufficient professional certifications e.g. CIA, CISA desirable Personal strengths: Structured and analytical methods with high problem-solving competence.
