The diverse services from different sub-disciplines are distributed to the service team, the process service and the hotline of the GQ 0500 department, the IT services, the contract management and the IT procurement coordination. In the latter we are looking for support for our team.

Responsibilities of the cross-subsidiary IT contract management: first installation of the contract, monitors and tracks of demand utilisation, answering questions from various customers to contractual contents, initiation of upgrades or new invitations Controlling and monitoring of contracts over the entire contract cycle Exploiting potential savings through consolidation audits of existing contracts Initiating new contracts Maintain and develop contract management tools You are contact persons for questions of our stakeholders, such as internal and medium-sized customers and our contractors
