Bremen You take over the management of the Bremen office and work closely with the department management as part of the strategic expansion of business activities in the region You build a network with clients, authorities and planners You are taking over the construction and leadership of a team of construction managers, polishing and professionals (m/w/d) to ensure efficient, high-quality implementation of the projects

You make sure that quality, dates and budgets are adhered to You are responsible for combining, controlling and managing internal project teams to realize the construction projects

A completed study in civil engineering, utility technology or a comparable qualification

You have good knowledge of the construction market You can demonstrate multiannual professional experience with comparable tasks or are committed project manager (m/w/d) with interest in the next career step You bring a strong communication skills in relation to different groups of people Target orientation, negotiation skills and sense of responsibility are of course for you
