As an industrial mechanic (m/w/d) team leader, you take over the team management of maintenance in a family-run chemical industry company in full time in the 2-shift system.

Ensuring plant availability and smooth production processes Compliance with health, work and fire regulations Planning and coordination of maintenance measures Monitoring of audit periods and budget control Early detection and correction of technical disturbances Organisation of spare parts and equipment management Analysis and optimization of processes Planning and monitoring of repairs and external service operations Leadership and motivation of the team in shift operation

(m/w/d), mechatronics (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Ideally complemented by a master's degree At least 5 years of professional experience in operational maintenance, preferably in automated dosing, filling and packaging technology Embossed technical understanding and craftsmanship Self-responsible and independent operation Conceptual thinking and improvisability with pronounced hands-on mentality High flexibility, readiness and motivation for technically demanding tasks Remarkable: deeper knowledge in the ATEX area as well as in pneumatics, control and automation technology
