To ensure electronic communication between our members and the KVBW, we provide comprehensively secured access routes on different client systems. Together with your team, you help ensure that this access works smoothly. You are a key technical contact (m/w/d) for our members and support them by phone in technical problems. Together with the team, you take over the user support of our members as well as the management and distribution of the required hardware and software components. They provide remote support to our KVBW online services and, inter alia, to install the VPN client provided by the KVBW. You actively contribute your experience to the further development of our support processes and technical solutions.
Qualification: You have completed your studies (FH, DHBW) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, BWL with a focus on Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
