For our daycare center „Löwenzahn“ in Ludwigsburg we are looking for a full-time kita line (m/w/d) at the next possible time.

Our two-group Kita Löwenzahn (with an age-mixed group and a u3 group) is located in the heart of the educational college in Ludwigsburg and is within walking distance of the Favorite Park. What we need your support:

• As head of the Leuvenzahn Children's Day Centre, you will be an integral part of a leadership team with the Department of Social Services and the other kita lines that are in close cooperation and supported by the expert advice, in fact implementing innovative ideas. With your commitment, you actively shape the future of the facility.
• They lead a team of experienced educational professionals and together create a motivating working environment. Regular employee talks are part of your tasks as well as the organisation and optimization of team work.
