As Divisional Manager Export Compliance (m/w/d), you are an important key feature in Customs and International Trade. You ensure that all export control and external economic regulations are complied with in the company and establish corresponding changes to the national and international locations of the bilstein group.

Discipline and professional management of the Export Control department at the Ennepetal site as well as specification of group-wide standards and guidelines on external economic requirements Observation of relevant legal changes and advice and training of relevant departments (national and international) Continuous optimization and digitalization of external economic processes for the efficient implementation of legal requirements Coordination with the BAFA / Approval Management Ensuring the effectiveness of an internal control system (IKS) for external economic requirements through regular checks, audits and monitoring measures

Funded leadership experience and you have already successfully led a team Comprehensive expertise in export control and external economic law, including national and EU legislation, and relevant international rules and their impact on global business processes Founded professional experience in the creation and legal assessment of external contract and regulations Used in monitoring and controlling export compliance processes Readiness to travel at occasional dates at our German and international locations as well as English skills that allow you to communicate smoothly Ideal experience with SAP GTS
