Retail employee, underfloor heating sales (m/f/d)

DD-Baustoffe GmbH is a retailer specializing in the distribution of floor heating. We have been working for over 10 years and have been able to position ourselves on the market, in particular, in the area of special systems for the rehabilitation of old buildings. We distribute our products mainly via the Internet and use additional online sales channels in addition to our own webshop. In addition, we also sell our products locally at our company location, where our warehouse is also located. Our offer is primarily aimed at private end customers who usually deal with the systems themselves and often develop them in their own power. But also commercial processors are our customer base. We are looking for a new employee in the sale, who mainly takes care of order processing and customer support. This requires practical knowledge of the suitability and processing of floor heating or the ability to acquire knowledge of individual products. Your tasks include consulting customers, creating offers, handling incoming orders (webshop, mail, telephone), general customer support (e.g. in case of complaints) and coordination of the goods exit. The operation of customers and the direct sale of our products on site at our company location are also your tasks. We offer a modern, firm workplace at our company location. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 16:00 with an hour break that can be taken flexibly. We provide an annual holiday of 30 days.
