Product Owner in the field of KYC (m/f/d)

Product Owner ''Cora X''' - responsible control and further development of the tool for digitization and automation of the KYC process for new and existing customers managing projects in agile structures, including milestone planning, controlling internal and external project participants and professional stakeholder management; close cooperation with sales and departments Strategic implementation and integration of the new EU-AML Regulation (AMLA) End-to-end demand management for Cora X, including structured integration of users and relevant stakeholders Close cooperation with the Bank's sales, IT and compliance units to ensure a holistic KYC target image Technical contact for all questions relating to the KYC process in the business customer segment Sales-oriented design and design of solutions for customers within the given regulatory, process and technical conditions

Well completed studies of economics, economic law or comparable qualifications - ideally with detectable experience in regulatory projects Multiannual professional experience in the compliance or KYC environment, ideally in the context of banks or financial service providers, including understanding of the relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. EU AML, money laundering prevention) Professional experience in the project environment, preferably in digitalization or platform projects, with the ability to prepare and present complex content in an address-oriented manner - both in terms of specialist areas and at management level High IT affinity and rapid understanding, combined with the ability to analytically capture complex facts and to render them understandable Representative communication and presentation strength, including safe occurrence in meetings and committees, as well as experience in the creation and presentation of decision templates, management presentations and other communication documents High level of autonomy and enforcement, as well as a targeted, structured and solution-oriented approach High readiness, motivation and team skills as well as excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing Standing for occasional missions in the context of projects, voting with stakeholders and appointments at other locations
