Participation in applicant management (e.g. visibility of incoming applications, application registration and applicant correspondence) Communication and correspondence with departments and external service providers Participation in personal marketing activities (e.g. preparation and accompaniment of trade fairs, excursions and other school and university events) Pre- and post-processing of training and workshops (e.g. appointment, hotel booking, preparation of training documents and photo logs) Support for HR projects

Studies in Business Administration, Economic Education, Psychology, Social Sciences or a comparable degree course, ideally with a focus on personnel Very good user knowledge in MS Office Embossed organizational talent and fun in diverse tasks Good communication and team skills, commitment and initiative
